What we collect
If you submit the contact form we collect the name and email address you enter, the phone number and company name where you choose to provide them, your message, and the time of submission. We collect nothing else. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to one, to carry out the resulting business discussion. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box, together with our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from the last correspondence, after which they are deleted. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, the related records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Who sees it
Your message is delivered to our own mailbox and stored on a server we control. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Our email hosting provider acts as a processor on our behalf.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@itedgepro.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Submitted enquiries are stored on a server we control, with access limited to the people who need it in order to reply to you.
