Overview

We started out providing full-stack infrastructure management for a mid-sized backup and disaster-recovery provider. The engagement expanded quickly to cover overall BDR service management, including application stack management and service automation.

As our customer base grew, we added resourcing for data management and migration delivery and support, working with a market-leading software company in Europe. Our focus is to supply fit-for-purpose solutions — whether that means IT infrastructure, service management or specialist resourcing.

Skillset

Our grounding in traditional three-tier architecture let us move to converged infrastructure efficiently — we understand the underlying components and how they behave in production.

In recent years we have concentrated on integration services built on product APIs, which led us to build our own infrastructure monitoring solution on Grafana, Prometheus and PRTG for legacy estates. That experience is what lets us take on integration work with confidence.

We continue to expand the skillset deliberately: identifying emerging technologies, assessing them properly, and adopting the ones that fit the services we intend to offer.
